True two-way sync
Edit in Filevine or in SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox, or Google Drive. Changes flow both directions, near real time, with a 5-minute polling fallback so nothing gets stuck.
Conflict resolution, five strategies
Last-writer-wins by default, plus Filevine-authoritative, destination-authoritative, version-both, and manual review. No silent overwrites, ever.
Loop prevention
Every sync write carries sync-source metadata, so inbound webhooks short-circuit. That removes the infinite-loop trap that breaks no-code tools.
Audited and reliable
Every document and sync event is logged. Errors retry with backoff. Your dashboard shows sync health, volume, the conflict queue, and a full audit trail.
Smart rename
Intelligent rename and truncation within Filevine's 250-character path limit, while the original full name is preserved in the middleware.
Built right
Filevine’s official partner API (v2) with 3-step S3 upload, Microsoft Graph, the Google Drive API, and Azure AD per-tenant consent. Dedicated partner-API rate limits, not a borrowed firm key. A per-tenant AES-256 credential vault. You keep ownership of your storage.
